Enterprise was acquired by 3i in May 2007 and was de-listed from the London Stock Exchange. In September it acquired Accord, raising annualise revenue to over £1bn.
Care Principles
3i’s Eurofund IV invested £54m in 2005 to enable a management buyout. 3i Group plc held a minority position since 1997.
