As a responsible investor, we also recognise that sustaining financial success is dependent, not just upon the right approach to corporate responsibility, but the right actions. Our experience helps us add value in this area as a company changes and grows, especially as it enters new markets.
However, 3i's reach, impact and added value goes beyond the direct value we add to our portfolio companies or to our shareholders, the investors in funds we manage or those who work for and with us.
