Accountability
We are responsible for our impacts and are held accountable by a broad range of people. Some of our responsibilities are legal; others we accept voluntarily because they are consistent with our corporate values and contribute to our long-term business success.
Delivering on our responsibilities means balancing the needs of a wide range of people. This can sometimes be challenging as the interests and time horizons of different groups may differ. However, our governance system - the policies and processes by which we make and implement decisions - has been designed to take into account our responsibilities and align interests wherever possible.
